HOME CARE MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATOR assumes management responsibility for the fiscal and operational activities of the home care agency and is responsible for long-term planning, organization, directing and staffing of the Agency.
Home Care Management/Administration plans and develops new programs, recruit and interviews management personnel and establishes procedures for measuring quality care and organizational performance.

HOME CARE SUPERVISOR oversee services provided to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Home Care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite. Home Care Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the coordination, evaluation and planning of home services and assist the Administrator with administrative activities and optimal use of resources.
Home Care Supervisors ensure that employees deliver services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.

PERSONAL CARE AID/ATTENDANTS provides service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Personal Care Aids/Attendants may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite. Personal Care Aid/Attendants will assist with the activities of daily living and personal care which includes ambulation, exercise, toileting, vital signs and medication reminding.
Personal Care Aids/Attendants are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.

HOME CARE COMPANION provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Home care may include light housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, respite and advice on such things as nutrition, cleanliness and household activities. Home Care Companions are responsible for providing companionship, friendship and emotional support.
Home Care Companions are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.

HOMEMAKERS provide service to individual in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Home care may include housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite. Homemaker responsibilities could include teaching/performing meal planning and preparation, and routine housecleaning activities such as making/changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchen and bathroom. These duties could include performing/assisting with essential shopping/errands and escorting a customer to a medical facility.
Homemakers are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
